About Cipherah
We run cloud infrastructure for businesses that need it to work and do not want to hire someone to watch it. Compute, mail, private networking, edge and storage — one stack, one invoice, one number to call.
What we do
Managed, properly
“Managed” means the server is hardened before you get the keys, watched after you do, and patched on a schedule you agreed to. It does not mean a control panel and a support address.
Small enough to answer
You deal with the engineers who built your stack, not a queue. That is only sustainable at our size, and staying that size is deliberate.
How we work
Four commitments. They are on this page so you can hold us to them.
A written quote, itemised
You get every line and its cost in writing before anything is provisioned. No bundled totals you cannot take apart, and no number that moves after you have agreed it.
You own your infrastructure
Domains are registered in your name, you get root on your servers, and the runbook is handed over. Leaving is always possible, which is why staying should be a choice.
Nothing lives only in our heads
Every stack ships with a diagram, credentials and written procedures. If we disappeared tomorrow, another engineer could pick it up on Monday.
Boring where it counts
Hardened base images, closed firewalls, tested restores. Novelty belongs in what you build, not in what keeps it online.
The team
Separate teams by discipline rather than one pool of generalists, so the people who build a thing are the people who know that layer.
