The contact form. Your name, email address, and optionally company and phone number, plus the services you tick and the message you write. This is delivered to us as an email and stored so we can answer it.

Email you send us. Anything sent to an address at cipherah.com is stored, including attachments, so it can be read and answered.

Quotes. If we prepare a quote for you it holds your name, company, email, phone and the services quoted, so that the link we send you keeps working.

Server logs. Cloudflare records requests to this site, including IP address and user agent, as part of serving and protecting it.

We use what you send only to reply to you and to provide the services you ask for. We do not sell it, share it for advertising, or use it to profile you.

Correspondence and quotes are kept for as long as we have a business relationship, and afterwards only where we need them for accounting or legal reasons. Ask us to delete something and we will, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it.

This site, its database, its file storage and its email all run on Cloudflare, which processes the data on our behalf. Nothing on this site is sent to any other third-party processor.

If you are a client, the infrastructure we run for you is covered by the agreement we sign with you rather than by this page.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it corrected, ask for a copy, or ask us to erase it. Email info@cipherah.com and we will answer within 30 days. If you are unhappy with how we handled a request you can complain to your national data protection authority; in the UK that is the Information Commissioner’s Office.

We use no cookies for analytics or advertising. The only cookie this site sets is a session cookie for staff signing in to the internal tools, and it is set only after a successful login.
