Only what you send us. The contact form takes a name, an email address, and optionally a company and phone number, together with the message you write. Server logs record the usual request metadata. There is no advertising or analytics tracking on this site.

To answer you, and to prepare and send a quote. Nothing collected here is sold, shared with advertisers, or used to build a profile of you.

Enquiries and the quotes that follow them are kept while there is a working relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can answer questions about work already delivered. Ask and we will delete yours.

On Cloudflare infrastructure. Quotes and received mail are held in a Cloudflare D1 database and attachments in Cloudflare R2, both on Cloudflare's network.

Ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to info@cipherah.com and a person will answer within 30 days. If you are unhappy with how a request was handled you can complain to your national data protection authority.
